At the Intuitive Foundation, we are founders ourselves and have decades of experience working with founders. We understand the stress the entrepreneurship journey entails and know first-hand how isolated, overwhelmed, and stressed founders can feel when they face challenges they cannot share or raise with their team, investors, or their board. So, we created the Intuitive Founders 1 to N program to provide entrepreneurship training.

Intended for both business and technical leaders, the Intuitive Founders Program provides opportunities to connect, discuss and share common issues with other leaders going through similar experiences. By surrounding the founders with exceptional CEO and CTO leaders, the program intends to improve the effectiveness, mental health, and decision making of founders and provide a safe space for discussion via a peer advisory model of support, collaboration, and shared learning.
Through a series of collaborative sessions, group activities, and connections to successful leaders, the program will provide the founders the time and space to be challenged as well as gain unique insights into how to solve the issues they face, identify their gaps and blinds spots, make better decisions, feel less isolated, while leading a balanced lifestyle. The path to success is not easy, but the Intuitive Foundation feels that this program will help founders avoid critical mistakes they often make.

Who is this program for?
This program is designed for founders that are scaling their business. The founders participating must be committed, coachable, willing to receive help, and willing to support others. Qualifying founders must have post-revenue for their business of $1M+ and/or have raised a minimum of $1M.
Core values of the Program
Being a founder can be lonely, and you can't always turn to your investors or staff for support. We've created a group of like-minded individuals who are going through similar experiences, and who you can speak to in a confidential matter.
We believe in optimizing our behavior so we can be the best version of ourselves. Every time we say "yes" to something, we're saying "no" to something else. Everything we do throughout our day should be an intentional choice.
Startup environments are stressful, and as a result, mental health issues are statistically more common among founders than the general population. We believe in developing resilience to help navigate these challenges.
Participants can anticipate 12 cohort meetings per year, which will include the following:
- Four (4) one-and-a-half-day in-person sessions featuring speakers and team building activities (location TBD)
- Eight (8) half-day online sessions
- Twelve (12) executive coach meetings
